PMO Manager

Kevin’s Natural Foods is seeking a PMO Manager to stand up and operationalize our first Project Management Office (PMO). This role will serve as the initial builder of PMO capabilities: establishing structure, processes, and visibility across critical cross-functional initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this individual will partner closely with leadership to drive alignment, prioritization, and execution across all functions of the organization. While not directly leading a team, this role will spearhead high-impact initiatives and serve as a central driver of project discipline across the organization. Some examples of projects may include: Stage Gate Governance, Trade Planning Implementation, Enterprise-wide productivity, Data Warehouse/Power BI Implementation.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in building from the ground up, influencing without authority, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate not only operates with a humble & hungry mindset, but brings a command-level standard of discipline, accountability, and a relentless commitment to mission execution.

What You’ll Do:

· Stand up and operationalize the company’s first PMO, including frameworks, templates, and governance models

· Establish practical, scalable project management methodologies suited for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment

· Select and implement project management tools and reporting systems

· Define and manage project intake, prioritization, and governance processes

· Partner with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to build and maintain a centralized project roadmap

· Create visibility into all active and proposed initiatives across the organization

· Develop prioritization frameworks based on business impact, urgency, and resource capacity

· Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and execution

· Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects as needed

· Drive timelines, accountability, and coordination across functions without direct authority

· Act as the connective tissue through project completion for all projects

· Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints early and proactively

· Drive clarity and resolution in environments with competing priorities

· Build KPIs and dashboards to track project progress and overall PMO effectiveness

· Provide structured, executive-level updates on project health, risks, and outcomes

· Support leadership decision-making through clear insights and recommendations

· Coach teams on project management best practices and elevate overall organizational discipline

What You’ll Need:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent leadership experience (including military service)

· 5+ years of experience leading projects, programs, or operations in fast-paced, high-accountability environments (military, manufacturing, CPG, or similar)

· Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

· Proven experience improving processes, building structure, or operating in ambiguous environments

· Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority

· Executive-level communication skills and leadership presence, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and drive alignment

· Ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable steps that teams can execute againstStrong sense of accountability and follow-through, ensuring comitments are met and results are delivered.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

· Ability to operate independently, stand along when needed, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to prioritize effectively and drive results under pressure

· Experience with project management tools, systems, or operational tracking (ERP experience such as SAP is a plus)

· PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification (or comparable experience leading structured programs/operations) preferred

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process within a food manufacturing facility. This role ensures the implementation of effective processes and systems to achieve safety, quality, production, and cost objectives. Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing labor and inventory, and leading team development. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, food safety, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Need:

· Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably producing sauces, starches, or fully cooked proteins.

· HACCP certification required.

· Strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.

Culinary Assurance & Implementation Lead

The Culinary Assurance & Implementation Lead supports the successful execution, consistency, and quality of Kevin's Natural Foods products throughout the manufacturing process. Reporting to the Manager of Culinary Assurance & Implementation, this role partners closely with Operations, QC, and R&D teams to help ensure products are produced safely, accurately, and consistently across internal manufacturing facilities and co-manufacturing partners.

This position serves as a key culinary resource, supporting the implementation and maintenance of product standards, flavor integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a flexible mindset, with experience in food manufacturing and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the consistent execution of flavor, texture, appearance, portioning, and finished product standards across internal manufacturing sites and co-manufacturers.

  • Assist Operation teams in translating approved culinary requirements into repeatable and scalable manufacturing processes.

  • Participate in first production runs, line startups, and process changes for existing products.

  • Verify that production activities align with documented SOPs, product specifications, and intended culinary outcomes.

  • Conduct routine sensory evaluations and in-line product assessments to support adherence to established quality standards.

  • Escalate culinary-related quality concerns and partner with internal stakeholders to support corrective actions and resolution efforts.

The Master Data Coordinator supports the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of master data across SAP and related systems. R&D Manager

The R&D Manager at Kevin’s Natural Foods plays a critical role in driving the innovation and development of our clean-label product portfolio. This role is responsible for leading the Product Development team, overseeing the commercialization process from concept to production, and ensuring new and optimized products meet our high-quality, nutritious, and flavorful standards. • Lead, mentor, and develop an R&D product development team, fostering a culture ofinnovation, curiosity, and accountability.

• Oversee all aspects of new product development from ideation, recipe creation, pilotproduction, scale-up, and commercialization.

• Lead recipe formulation, costing, ingredient sourcing, and process optimization whilemaintaining compliance with SQF, USDA, and other certifications.

Class A Truck Driver, 2nd Shift

The Class-A Truck Driver will serve our supply chain logistics department in a safe and timely manner.   • Work with management to plan and meet delivery schedules.

  • Document time spent driving and retain fuel receipts.

  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.

  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.

  • Collect and verify delivery instructions.

  • Report defects, accidents, or violations.

  • You can expect to handle packages from small envelopes to boxes ranging up to 80 pounds.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (required)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, capacity planning, or manufacturing analytics

  • Advanced expertise in capacity modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning

  • Experience supporting capital project justification and financial modeling

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, asset utilization, and production flows

  • Strong understanding of cost structures, capital efficiency, and financial or risk based tradeoffs

  • Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel advanced modeling, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms)

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in a cross-functional environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights

  • High level of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset

HR & Safety Coordinator, 2nd Shift

2nd shift Monday-Friday 11:00AM- 7:30PM

The HR & Safety Coordinator will be onsite at one of our Stockton manufacturing facilities. This person will support daily HR operations, help foster a safe and respectful workplace, and assist in creating a positive and productive culture across the facility.

This position is for our 2nd shift Monday-Friday 11:00AM- 7:30PM

This role is 100% onsite in Stockton, CA. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build trusted relationships with associates and help address any questions related to policies, benefits, and/or HR procedures
  • Support new-hire training and onboarding
  • Partner with our third-party staffing agencies for successful hiring and record keeping
  • Review and process timecards and attendance records for payroll accuracy
  • Track and file corrective actions, employee statements, safety incidents, and compliance documents
  • Complete and file incident reports and employee safety statements
  • Support and track training for workplace safety programs
  • Partner with facility leadership to reinforce a culture of safety
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Lead or assist with special HR projects and initiatives to support the facility and company-wide objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned and necessary

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable being present and engaged on the production floor
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

We’re looking for an S&OP Implementation Lead with the strategic vision and operational know-how to help build the next evolution of our integrated planning capability. As our S&OP Implementation Lead you will co‑design the roadmap for S&OP implementation, engage senior leaders to create top‑down alignment, and guide the organization through cultural and process transformation. You’ll help modernize tools and systems, establish governance, and lead the change efforts needed to embed a disciplined, data‑driven planning cadence.

 

What You’ll Do:

Build & Lead the S&OP Roadmap

  • Co‑develop and maintain the multi‑year S&OP implementation roadmap, including vision, maturity milestones, capability readiness, and an organizational change adoption strategy.

  • Translate business objectives into an actionable planning model connecting demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial processes.

Engage Leadership & Drive Alignment

  • Partner directly with senior leaders to establish S&OP as a shared enterprise priority and a top-down cultural expectation.

  • Facilitate worksops, alignment sessions, and training to prepare and guide senior leaders through S&OP roles, expectations, and decision‑rights necessary for an effective operating cadence.

  • Serve as the primary change agent and communicator for S&OP transformation.

Assess & Prepare the Organization

  • Evaluate current processes, planning behaviors, and cross‑functional readiness.

  • Build education, coaching, and support models that strengthen planning discipline and collaboration.

  • Shape a culture grounded in transparency, data fluency, and the operational excellence.

  • Assess existing planning tools, system capabilities, data quality, and reporting workflows.

  • Recommend future-state tool enhancements or potential investments to support more advanced S&OP maturity.

  • Partner with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure business requirements are clear and aligned.

Develop Governance & Lead Change Adoption

  • Design and launch S&OP governance frameworks, including roles, responsibilities, decision‑rights, escalation paths, and KPI structures.

  • Define the standard meeting cadence (Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre‑S&OP, Executive S&OP) and ensure process discipline.

  • Develop and execute change‑management plans that address communication, training, stakeholder management, and sustained adoption.

  • Build playbooks, process documentation, training materials, and readiness assessments.

  • Identify risks to adoption and proactively remove barriers to progress.

  • Other duties as assigned or necessary.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, or related transformation roles within food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing.

  • Experience with customer-centric organizational culture and short shelf-life products strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated expertise in process design, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Working knowledge of planning tools (e.g. ERP, demand planning platforms) and core S&OP analytics.

  • Coaching mentality with ability to translate complexity into simple, actionable concepts.

  • A collaborative, low‑ego approach with the ability to influence without authority.
