The Senior Customer Care Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for analyzing customer care performance, managing complex customer issues, and driving operational insights that improve service quality and efficiency. This role partners closely with Customer Service and Logistics teams to resolve escalations, identify root causes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle complex customer escalations and high-impact service issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for order, fulfillment, and customer care processes.
- Coordinate resolution across Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations teams.

- Partner with leadership to improve service consistency and quality.
- Exercises independent judgment in analyzing data, prioritizing issues, and recommending solutions.
- Determines appropriate resolution paths for escalated customer and operational issues.

The Culinary Assurance & Implementation Chef is responsible for ensuring that our products are executed consistently, safely, and accurately at all stages of manufacturing. This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, and the R&D team to protect flavor integrity, ensure compliance, and drive consistent results across internal manufacturing sites and co-manufacturers.
As a trusted resource, this role upholds the quality and standards of our products at Kevin’s Natural Foods, ensuring we deliver the best possible products to our consumers.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure consistent flavor, texture, appearance, portioning, and finish across internal manufacturing sites and co-manufacturers.
- Partner with Operations to translate approved culinary requirements into repeatable, scalable manufacturing processes.
- Support first production runs, line startups, and process changes for existing products.
- Validate that production execution aligns with documented SOPs and culinary intent.
- Conduct routine sensory evaluations and in-line checks to verify adherence to established standards.
- Serve as the escalation point for culinary-related quality deviations and corrective actions.
- Provide data-driven feedback to Operations on execution trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain and own culinary SOPs, preparation guidelines, build sheets, and sensory standards.
- Act as a culinary resource for manufacturing teams to reinforce standards and best practices.
- Train Operations, QA, R&D, and Production teams on critical culinary control points and quality drivers.
- Partner closely with Quality and Food Safety to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure culinary processes align with sanitation, allergen control, labeling accuracy, and food handling requirements.
- Support accurate product specifications and allergen controls in partnership with QA.
- Contribute to internal and external audits as a culinary subject matter expert.
- Support investigations related to consumer complaints, quality holds, or deviations from standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve consistency, repeatability, and execution efficiency without altering approved product intent.
- Travel to manufacturing facilities and co-manufacturers as needed to support execution consistency.

As a Culinary Scientist at Kevin’s Natural Foods, you will bridge the gap between culinary creativity and food science expertise. You will be responsible for developing innovative, flavorful, and health-conscious products that meet our rigorous quality, safety, and certification standards.
This role requires a unique combination of culinary intuition, scientific rigor, and commercial awareness to take concepts from initial ideation in the test kitchen through full-scale manufacturing. You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure products not only delight our consumers but also align with Kevin’s mission of empowering busy people to eat clean without sacrificing flavor.
What You’ll Do:
- Develops new product ideas and concepts, from test prototype samples through commercialization
- Creates product specifications and calculating initial formula and ingredient costs.
- Assists with sourcing new and uncommon ingredients to match our healthy standards, along with meeting our SQF and USDA certifications.
- Owns formulating product to meet all product claims.
- Assumes the role of an innovator and project leader, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and thoroughness in the execution of complex projects.

- Bachelors degree in Culinology, Culinary Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Nutrition, or Culinary School certification with applied technical experience.

- 2-4 years product development experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Extensive ingredient functionality, flavor development, and sensory evaluation experience.

The Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs is responsible for leading regulatory strategy and execution across Kevin’s Natural Foods’ portfolio. This role ensures full compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, and applicable state and international regulations while supporting product innovation, labeling accuracy, customer requirements, and brand integrity.
This position serves as KNF’s primary regulatory subject matter expert and works cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to bring compliant, high-quality products to market efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain KNF’s regulatory policies, procedures, and compliance programs for product labeling and associated product claims in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate changes in FDA, USDA/FSIS, FSMA, and applicable international regulations; proactively assess impact and recommend actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable product certifications and claims, including (as applicable): Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Paleo, Gluten-free and other customer or market-driven requirements.
- Serve as KNF’s primary regulatory contact for customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee review and approval of product labels, packaging artwork, and claims to ensure compliance with ingredient statements, Nutrition Facts, allergens, and all other requirements.
- Maintain and manage regulatory documentation, including product specifications, statements of compliance, technical data sheets, and import/export documentation and associated document control systems
- Partner closely with Marketing and R&D to ensure claims and messaging are compliant while supporting brand objectives.
- Provide labeling regulatory guidance and education to internal teams including R&D, Quality, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
- Support innovation and renovation projects by ensuring regulatory requirements are integrated early in the development process.
- Prepare and deliver reporting on regulatory risks, trends, and compliance status to leadership.
- Represent KNF at industry forums, customer meetings, and professional associations as appropriate.

Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

What You’ll Do:
- Code invoices to the proper G/L accounts and cost centers in SAP
- Distribute invoices and manage the approval process to make sure it is completed in a timely manner.
- Process approved inventory invoices, including deposits and prepayments, for payment.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Support in the weekly ACH/Check run
- Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and obtain appropriate documentation from the business.
- Maintain relationships with assigned vendors.
- Reconcile vendor accounts using monthly statements.
- Perform vendor call backs to validate that the required information is accurate.
- Collect and maintain the appropriate W-9 Forms from our vendors
- Complete credit applications for new vendors
- Calculates sales/use tax for eligible invoices
- Prepare period end accruals and validate the coding of invoices for the accrual.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Administrative duties such as filing, department organizing, pulling invoices, investigating charges, etc.
